The Phillips & Huntley Group specializes in many different aspects of construction and management including Masonry, Carpentry, General Contracting, Construction Management, Property Management and Procurement. Our headquarters are located in Northeastern Ohio, with much of our work coming from the surrounding areas. However, due to our rapidly expanding business, we work throughout the central and eastern US, including Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Indiana, and Illinois.
Established in early 2006, The Phillips & Huntley Group is a fast-growing company with well established partnerships within the construction world. Adding to the unique benefits of our company, The Phillips & Huntley Group combined the expertise of two companies specializing in different aspects of the construction and development world.
Dave Phillips Masonry was established in 1989 and has become one of the most respected and reputable masonry companies in Ohio. Focusing mainly on commercial construction, Dave Phillips Masonry has successfully built everything from public schools to commercial retail chains. Coming from the other side of the construction spectrum, the Huntley family focused on the development of commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio with an internalized performance system. Scopes of work from Carprentry to Concrete and Painting were all managed by the development group, handling upwards of 160 tradesmen.
