The Phillips & Huntley Group specializes in retail construction; we recognize that our customers have a plethora of needs ranging from competitive pricing to post build maintenance services. We offer a variety of pre-construction services like Value Engineering, Design Build, Project Planning, Site Surveys and property procurement assistance to help reduce the cost of running your real estate division. We also offer Post-Construction Services such as warranty and emergency services.
Like many other companies, we offer a warranty on all our building but we go far above most other companies' single year warranties and offer a 5 year warranty on all ground up and TI (Tenant Improvement) work we perform for our clients.
Because many of our clients are retail and restaurant chains, we understand how important it is to maintain a nicely kept facility. With the high traffic associated with retail, often times minor damage is done and it is important to have projects big and small handled with the same sense of urgency and care. To The Phillips & Huntley Group, handling a broken countertop, toilet partition or broken ceramic tile is just as important as an entire build out. Because of that, we offer very reasonable service plans and 24 hour emergency service to our retail chain customers for just such situations.
Retail TI (Tenant Improvement) is offered not only locally but all over the country to our customers, while our ground up construction is a service limited by geography. Interior build outs and remodels can be and are handled from coast to coast for our retail customers. Our full service operation from ground up construction to renovation and ongoing maintenance has helped to grow a company reputation as the one stop shop for developers and property owners alike.
